Finding the right rental is often a race, we can take the competition out of the process. We will negotiate with agents and vendors to ensure you are buying at market value with reasonable or reduced estate agent fees.

Initial deposit of £250, 1% charge of the purchase cost. £150 finders fee to find and secure your ideal property.

Project Management & Refurbishments

Including, but not limited to: overall project overseeing, managing budgets, contractors, invoicing, payments, progression management and snagging

We charge 10% of the cost of the final project.

We offer advertising and management of holiday lets (short term), marketing (Exc. professional photos), and management for changeovers.
